- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large can V-8 juice (spicy if desired)
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 to 2 c. rice
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add spices and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Then add tomatoes, V-8 and rice.

3Cook until rice is done.

4You may add more V-8, if desired.
