- 65 grams White flour
- 10 grams Cocoa powder
- 2 Eggs
- 110 grams Black chocolate
- 95 grams Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Bring out the eggs to room temperature.

2Chop the chocolate and butter into small pieces.

3Melt the chocolate and butter over a double broiler with about 40 ~ 45C hot water.

4Add the vanilla extract.

5Add the eggs one by one, and mix each time.

6Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt, then mix.

7Line the mold with parchment paper, and pour in the batter.

8Tap several times to remove the air bubbles at the end.

9Bake in the oven preheated to 160C for 30 minutes, then it's done.
