Easy Chocolate Creams

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- assorted decorations (1/4 c. colored sugar or decors, 1/3 c. flaked coconut, 1/3 c. finely chopped almonds or pecan halves)
Directions

1Melt chocolate over low heat, or microwave.

2Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar, egg and milk.

3Beat until smooth.

4Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.

5Shape into 1/2-inch balls.

6Roll in decorations.

7Pecan halves may be pressed into tops instead of rolling in chopped almonds.

8Makes about 5 dozen.
