  • 2-1/2 cups Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cups Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat Buttermilk
  • 2-1/4 cups Shredded Zucchini
  • Mini Chocolate Chips For Sprinkling, Optional
