- 1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams (keep liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a 3-quart pan, combine potato mix, amounts of water and milk called for on potato package, clam juice, onion and pepper. Cover and cook until potatoes are cooked.

2Add clams, milk and butter.

3Bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Serve hot. Season to taste.
