- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- any fruit (see below)
Directions

1I have used 1 pkg. frozen blackberries, 3 c. fresh, blackberries, peaches or apples.

2Fresh fruit is always peeled, sliced and simmered in a pan with a pad of butter for just a few minutes (just to make them a little soft).

3No water necessary, fruit will produce its own.
