  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add drained whole kernel corn and cream-style corn together. Add melted margarine to corn and mix well. Add sour cream and cornbread mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 10-inch square glass pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover with foil when baking. Serves 6 to 8 people.
