- 6 corn tortillas
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
- Garlic salt
- any other desired spices
- Salt and pepper
- Salsa and sour cream
Directions

1Cut tortillas in quarters and then into eights.

2Pour olive oil into frying pan and heat oil.

3Lay tortilla triangles in oil and fry until golden brown.

4Lay on a plate and press with paper towels.

5Immediatly after season with Garlic salt and pepper or desired spices.

6Serve with salsa and sour cream.
