  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Garlic salt
  • any other desired spices
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salsa and sour cream

Directions

    Cut tortillas in quarters and then into eights.

    Pour olive oil into frying pan and heat oil.
  3. 3
    Lay tortilla triangles in oil and fry until golden brown.
  4. 4
    Lay on a plate and press with paper towels.
  5. 5
    Immediatly after season with Garlic salt and pepper or desired spices.

    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
