- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can milk

1Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.

2Boil about 15 minutes. While potatoes are cooking, saute onion in butter or margarine. Drain potatoes and add onion, cream-style corn, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
