Easy Crab Bisque

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can asparagus soup
  • 1 c. crabmeat, flaked
  • 2 c. light cream or nondairy creamer for low fat
  • 2 soup cans of water
  • 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • chopped chives
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Combine the two soups, milk, cream and seafood seasoning. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally.

    Add crabmeat; heat to just below the boiling point.

    Add salt to taste.

    Just before serving, top with chives.
