- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 5 oz. Mike Sells popt snax
Directions

1Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil and then simmer for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda and stir. Pour mixture over corn and toss until coated. Spread on 2 buttered cookie sheets. Bake at 225° for 30 minutes. Cool on waxed paper and break apart. (Do this as quickly as possible.) Store in airtight container.
