- 3 medium size skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 medium size onion, diced
- 1/3 c. golden raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small diced apple
Directions

1Cut chicken breast halves into 8 pieces each. In cup, mix curry powder, bouillon, sugar and salt.

2In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook onion until golden brown.

3Add chicken and curry powder mixture and cook until chicken just loses its pink color throughout, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in raisins and 3/4 cup water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
