  • 1 box lasagne noodles
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Brown hamburger and Italian sausage together; drain.

    Put together cottage cheese and Ricotta cheese in bowl.

    Put spaghetti sauce in bowl and add meat mixture after browning.

    Stir both cheese and meat mixtures good.
