  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, cooled, peeled
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped lean ham
  • 1 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
  • 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.

    Place yolks in bowl; mash with fork.

    Add ham, pickles, dressing, mustard and pepper; mix well.

    Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg whites.

    Serve immediately.

    Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika, if desired.
