  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams low fat cottage cheese/tofu
  • 50 grams soaked chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp low fat hung curd

Directions

    Cut tomato,cucumber n carrots in small cubes.

    roast the soaked chickpeas for 2 mins wid pinch of salt.

    cut cheese into cubes n mix all ingredients.
