- 2 packages (4.5 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more for pan and brushing
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 6-8 cups white bread flour (depending on humidity)
