Directions

   Boil water.

   Mix dry frosting mix, corn syrup and vanilla to water.

   Beat mixture on highest mixer speed for 5 minutes. Gradually stir in sugar while mixing on low speed.

   Blend in pecans.

   Spoon the mixture by teaspoon onto a cookie tin lined with wax paper.

   Allow to sit uncovered.

   Once mixture feels firm to touch, turn over.

   Cover the tin and allow to sit over night.
