Easy-Does-It Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. dry onions (I use small onions)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (you can use tomato soup)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 4 oz. dry spaghetti (1 1/2 c.), broken into 4 to 5-inch pieces

Directions

    Brown ground beef in skillet and place in crock-pot. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti. Stir well.

    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 5 hours).

    Turn on high the last 1 hour and stir in dry spaghetti.

    Serves 4.
