  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • vegetable spray

    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

    Combine yogurt, egg substitute and oil.

    Add liquid to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
