Easy Eggnog Pound Cake

- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling mix
- 3/4 c. Borden's eggnog
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- confectioners sugar (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Borden's eggnog and oil.

3Beat on low speed until moistened. Add eggs and nutmeg; beat on medium-high speed 4 minutes.

4Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan.

5Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

6Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.

7Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
