  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 2 cans chili (no beans)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. onion, chopped

Directions

    Heat the tortillas according to directions on the package. Brown the beef, then add the onion and 1 1/2 cups cheese; mix well. Fill each tortilla with about 1/4 cup of the mixture. Roll the tortilla and place in a shallow baking dish. Heat chili and pour over tortillas; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake in a 400° oven until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
