Easy Enchiladas

- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 to 3 cans mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 doz. large flour tortillas
- 1 lb. sliced/grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown and crumble meat.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of enchilada sauce, tomato soup and 1 tomato soup can of water; mix well.

3Lay one side of tortilla in sauce and then drop meat and cheese on that side.

4Roll it up and put, seam side down, in a rectangular 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased.

5When pan is full, pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.

6For more sauce, use other can.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Cover pan with foil; cook at 350° for about 1 hour.
