  • 2 cans hot Western family chili beans
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. New Mexico chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 2 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, minced

Directions

    Start by cutting corn tortillas in 1 1/2-inch squares. Put aside.

    Melt Crisco in fry-pan and add flour and red chili until all mixed together. Slowly add hot water.

    This will start to thicken.
