- 1 pkg. flour tortillas (taco size)
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) can chicken, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
- 1 small can black olives, chopped
- 1 small can mild green chilies
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 large can mild enchilada sauce
- 8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, olives, green chilies and sour cream.

3Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.

4Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly in each tortilla. Roll.

5Continue procedure with each tortilla.

6Place in baking dish.

7Cover with remaining enchilada sauce.

8Spread Jack cheese evenly over enchiladas.

9Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

10Serve with refried beans and small salad.
