Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 12 cup sliced mushrooms (about half the package)
  • 1 lb chicken strips (or real chicken, we dont eat meat. We used Morning Star Chicken Strips)
  • 2 -3 garlic, pressed
  • 12 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon lemon juice (about 3 sprinkles)
  • 18 teaspoon lime juice (about 3 sprinkles)
  • 14 cup water (or less)
  • tortilla

Directions

    Heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Saute the peppers, onions and mushrooms over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

    Add spices (parsley, oregano, paprika, and cumin) and sprinkle a little of lemon and lime juice.

    Press garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes Add cooked meat of your choice.

    Use the water to keep the veggies moist by adding a little water at a time.

    Cook until the meat is heated and the veggies are tender.
