  • 3/4 lb. sole or flounder fillet
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

    In a shallow baking dish or pan, line with foil.

    Lay fish in pan in single layer.

    Spread each fillet with mayo.

    Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.

    Bake at 375° until lightly browned.
