- 3/4 lb. sole or flounder fillet
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1In a shallow baking dish or pan, line with foil.

2Lay fish in pan in single layer.

3Spread each fillet with mayo.

4Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.

5Bake at 375° until lightly browned.

6Fish will flake easily and be opaque in color when done.
