- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons onions, grated
- olive oil
- sea salt
- dried rosemary
Directions

1Place flour in a bowl with olive oil and using your fingers combine to make crumbly.

2Add grated onion, salt and 2 Tbsp water, mixing with fingers to combine, adding an extra sprinkle of water at a time if required.

3Knead mixture to form dough.

4Break off small pieces (about 1-1/2 inch) and using a rolling pin flatten to about 1/8 inch.

5Place pieces on well oiled cookie sheet, brushing the tops lightly with more olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary or thyme.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until nicely browned.
