- 8 drumsticks and thighs, mixed or 4 breast halves
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. white wine
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. sour cream
- paprika
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in melted butter; remove from pan.

2Stir flour into butter; add broth.

3Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Place chicken in sauce, cover pan and simmer until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.

6Serve with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
