  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 6 peaches, sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.

    Spread half of mixture into bottom of pie shell.

    Arrange sliced peaches over mixture.

    Add other 1/2 mixture over top of peaches.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 400° about 1 hour or until juices thicken and crust is light brown.
