  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger (you Could Use Fresh If You Have It)
  • 6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (more, If You Like)
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic Chili Sauce, More Or Less To Taste

Directions

    Heat the oils in a large fry pan or wok. When it is hot, add the onion and garlic. Stir for a few minutes so the garlic doesn't burn or get stuck to the bottom of the pan.

    Grate the carrots into the pan. Cook with the onions until everything softens.

    Add your rice and stir it around until it gets hot. Add in the peas and corn and cook until they are hot. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic chili sauce.
