- 2 packages Ground Beef
- 1 Large Yellow Onion
- 1 Large Green Pepper
- 15 ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes
- 12 ounces, fluid Your Choice Of Beer
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 13 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Ground Cayenne Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Paprika
- Hot Sauce, to taste

1Note: Ive made this recipe using Budweiser, Blue Moon, and Asahi.

2Ive found that I prefer the flavor using the dry Japanese beer to the other two.

3Begin heating your ground beef in a large skillet.

4Rough chop your onion and pepper and add it to the beef, cooking until the meat is browned, the peppers and onions are soft, and in the onions case, becoming translucent.

5Drain the meat and veggies of their fat and pour them into a large pot.

6Mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir them a bit to incorporate them.

7Then bring the entire pot to a boil reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 45 minutes before ladling yourself a large spoonful and enjoying.
