- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar, divided
- 2 c. fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, apples, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Melt butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

2Combine milk, flour and 1/2 cup sugar; mix well.

3Pour batter in pan over butter; do not stir.

4Combine remaining ingredients (1/2 cup sugar, fruit and cinnamon).

5Pour into center of batter; do not stir.

6Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
