  • 4 c. fruit (apples, cherries or peaches)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. pancake mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Combine fruit, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in 1-quart baking dish.

    Combine egg, sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until thick. Stir in mix and drop by spoonfuls over fruit.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until top is brown.

    Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
