- 4 c. fruit (apples, cherries or peaches)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. pancake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine fruit, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in 1-quart baking dish.

2Combine egg, sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until thick. Stir in mix and drop by spoonfuls over fruit.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until top is brown.

4Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
