Easy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 c. (1 1/2 pkg.) chocolate chips
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions

    Cook all ingredients except almonds, in double boiler until chocolate is melted.

    Add almonds if desired.

    Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil. Pour fudge mixture into pan and cool for 1 hour in refrigerator.

    Turn out onto board and cut into squares. Makes 48 pieces.
