- 3 cups sliced peeled tart apples
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (16 1/3 ounce) packagelarge refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine the apples, sugar, tapioca, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.

3Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until apples are tender.

4Transfer apple mixture to a greased 9-in.
