  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows

Directions

    Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.

    Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.

    Remove any unmelted ice.

    Stir in COOL WHIP.

    Refrigerate 20 min.

    or until mixture is very thick and will mound.

    Stir in marshmallows; pour over crust.
