- 200 grams Large boiled scallops
- 1/2 piece Ginger
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Directions

1Place the scallops on a sieve and pour hot water over the top.

2Julienne the ginger.

3Put the ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil.

4Add the scallops and ginger and simmer on medium-low heat for 8~10 minutes.

5Take out the scallops and simmer the liquid for a little longer.

6Return the scallops to the pot and reduce the sauce.
