  • 200 grams Large boiled scallops
  • 1/2 piece Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

    Place the scallops on a sieve and pour hot water over the top.

    Julienne the ginger.

    Put the ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil.

    Add the scallops and ginger and simmer on medium-low heat for 8~10 minutes.

    Take out the scallops and simmer the liquid for a little longer.

    Return the scallops to the pot and reduce the sauce.
