Ingredients

  • 6 cups Dry Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans, Walnuts, Almonds)
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2/3 cups Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup Or Honey

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a really large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix together oil and syrup; add to the dry ingredients and toss until well coated.

    Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. (Cooking time depends upon how dry you like your granola: the longer you bake it, the drier it becomes.)

    Store in a large zipper bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
