- 6 cups Dry Oatmeal
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans, Walnuts, Almonds)
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2/3 cups Canola Oil
- 1 cup Maple Syrup Or Honey
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients in a really large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix together oil and syrup; add to the dry ingredients and toss until well coated.

2Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. (Cooking time depends upon how dry you like your granola: the longer you bake it, the drier it becomes.)

3Store in a large zipper bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
