  • 6 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups Nuts ( I Use Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, And Walnuts)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, Or To Taste
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 cup Honey (I Use Local)

    This recipe makes A LOT of granola. You can cut it half if needed.

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Put all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey, mix well.

    Spread on a large baking sheet.

    Cook for 1 hour or until golden brown. Stir every 10 minutes.
