- 6 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 cups Nuts ( I Use Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, And Walnuts)
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, Or To Taste
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 cup Honey (I Use Local)

1This recipe makes A LOT of granola. You can cut it half if needed.

2Heat oven to 350F.

3Put all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey, mix well.

4Spread on a large baking sheet.

5Cook for 1 hour or until golden brown. Stir every 10 minutes.
