  • 5 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
  • 3/4 cups Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Salt
  • 3/4 cups Coconut Oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and spread out in a large baking dish or jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 200 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

    For a more clumpy, crunchy granola, drizzle an extra 1/4 cup of oil over granola and bake for another 20 minutes.
