Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fat drippings
- 2 cup broth
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Remove all but 2 tablespoons of fat drippings from pan.

2Stir in broth.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.

4Remove from heat.

5In a small bowl stir corn starch and water until smooth.

6Stir into pan.

7Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.

8Season with salt and pepper, as desired.

9For cream style gravy, substitute milk for water.
