- 1/4 cup chopped roma tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions, olives and dressing in small bowl; set aside.

2Beat eggs and water in separate bowl.

3Spray 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.

4Add egg mixture.

5As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

6When egg mixture is set but top is still moist, remove from heat.

7Let stand 2 to 3 min.

8or until completely set.

9Slide onto plate.

10Cover one half of the omelette with tomato mixture; gently fold in half.
