  • 1 ham hock
  • 2 to 3 bunches greens (2 collards, 1 mustard)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • baking soda (small amount)
  • 1 medium jar salsa

    Separate and wash greens.

    Put all ingredients in a big pot. Half fill pot with water.

    Cover pot with lid.

    Cook on medium.
