Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 1 kg Haddock
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
- 50 ml olive oil
Directions

1Boil rice until cooked, strain and set aside.

2Fry the onions and green pepper in a hot frying pan with the olive oil until light brown, then set aside.

3Put the haddock in a pot, add the paprika and cover with water.

4Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes and then strain.

5Flake the haddock with a fork into big chunks and de bone.

6Mix all the ingredients together in a large pot over a meduim heat.

7Add salt and pepper.

8Keep stirring for about 5 minutes while on meduim heat.
