- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Mix cream cheese into other ingredients with fork.

3Mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts with 2 to 3 tablespoons parsley flakes.

4Roll ball in mixture; chill 2 to 3 hours.
