Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed cooked meat (beef, pork or possibly ham)
- 1 med. potato, peeled and quartered
- 1 sm. onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Put meat, vegetables and seasonings in food processor and process to chop.

2Add in butter and oil to skillet, heat to medium, then add in minced meat and vegetables.

3Cook stirring several times till has is cooked thoroughly, about 30 min.

4Shortly before hash is done pat it down to make a cake.

5Continue cooking till cake is brown.

6Makes 4 servings.
