Easy Hashbrown Quiche

  • 3 C frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 C cooked ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 C melted butter or margarine
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 C milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

    Thaw hash browns overnight in refrigerator. Remove excess moisture by patting with paper towels.

    Preheat oven to 425.

    In a 10in pie pan or quiche pan, combine hash browns and buter. Mix well and press into pan like pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    After removing crust from oven, add ham and cheese into baked crust and pour egg mixture over top. Return to oven for 25-30 minutes.

    Quiche will be golden brown. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
