- 2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce (bought or homemade)
- 1 c. water
- 8 oz. (9 pieces) lasagna (uncooked)
- 1 3/4 c. (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional; picks up flavor)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2In saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce and water.

3Combine Ricotta, 2 cups Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Add parsley.

4Pour 3/4 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange 3 pieces uncooked pasta lengthwise over sauce.

5Pour 1/2 cup sauce over pasta.

6Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture.

7Cover with 1/2 cup sauce; repeat layers.

8Top with pasta and remaining sauce; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

9Cover with foil; bake for 60 minutes.

10Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese; let stand 10 minutes.
