  • 1 cup Espresso Coffee
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 ounces, fluid Hazelnut Liqueur (optional)
  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream Or Hazelnut Gelato
  • 1/4 cups Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans, Chopped, For Garnish

    Pour the coffee equally into glasses (1/4 cup for each glass). Whip the cream into soft peaks. Add the liqueur if using, and a small dollop of whipped cream. Add the ice cream to the mixture and garnish with the coffee beans or cookies.
