- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 lemons (one for garnish)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
Directions

1Line broiler pan with foil, place salmon on foil, skin side down.

2Combine soy sauce and the juice of one lemon.

3Pour mixture over the top of the fillet.

4Scatter diced onion over the top.

5Slice the other lemon into thin rounds, arrange across the top of the fillet.

6Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.

7Suggestion: serve with rice and steamed broccoli or snow peas.
